Catholic Night Prayers Before Sleep

Catholic night prayers can be done with the family, as a thanksgiving for all god's mercy for our lives. We can enter our rooms, close the gates, light candles, make the sign of the cross and pray.

Night Prayer 1

My Lord, I kneel before you and worship you because you are the supreme king. I thank you for all your mercy, especially for your care in the past day. Come the Holy Spirit, enlighten my mind so that I may know my sins. Forgive me, for I am very sorry for all my sins. My Lord, I am sorry for my sins and I deserve punishment. Because often I break your orders. I hate all my sins and promise with the help of the Holy Spirit. He will repair himself and will not sin again. Pardon me that sinner. The angel of your lord was given the task of protecting me, and guide me, guide me so that I may always be in the way of the Lord. Our Lady, you who are contained without sin, sanctify my body and sanctify my soul. The Lord gives me your blessings, protect me against all evil, and guide me to eternal life. Amen

Night Prayer 2 

My God. Tonight I pray. I am grateful for your participation in my life. I am only an ordinary human being that does not escape from mistakes and sins. Forgive me when I have sinned many days through my words and deeds. I pray for all those who is in darkness. May they receive the joy of Jesus. Give us a peaceful heart and a quiet night. Hopefully tomorrow we can wake up with new hope and spirit.

Night Prayer 3

Good father. I thank you. You have been with me today. Thank you holy spirit of accompanying me. I am grateful to have parents that have always supported me. I am grateful to have a God I can always rely on. Thank God that you have given me grace. May the Holy Spirit always guided me so that I may always be on your path. Forgive me my sins and keep me away from evil.

God keeps me up all night. Hopefully tomorrow morning I can wake up again. Give me and my parents health. I ask God to bless my friends and brothers. I beg healing for those who are sick. I put my soul into your hands. Amen

Night Prayer 4

Lord, I pray tonight, grateful for your participation today. Thank you for your blessing so that I can live this day well. Tonight give me enough rest. Hopefully tomorrow morning I can wake up healthy. Forgive all my sins and bless my parents. Amen

Night Prayer 5

My God is in heaven. Tonight I prayed. I am grateful that you have been with me today. Give us a sincere and honest heart to be able to see our shortcomings. Give us the gift of repentance so that we may repent of all our sins. The Lord has given us a peaceful heart and a quiet night. Hopefully tomorrow morning we can wake up and be able to re-glorify your name. Amen

Night Prayer 6

Thank you To God. You have protected me and guided me today. Lord, I gave my life to You. Bless me and my family. Keep us away from all evil. May I rest and tomorrow be able to welcome a new day with joy.
